Trash Collection Update

Trash and recycling pickup has been discontinued today due to the weather. They will go to a holiday schedule next week with a double trash pickup on Monday and a double recycling pickup on Thursday.

Delayed Opening

There will be a delayed opening of all township offices until today at noon due to the weather. Public works is working to clear the roads. A snow emergency remains in effect.

Be On The Look Out

The Animal Control Officer has been informed of a positive case of rabies (a racoon) near the Giant store in Warminster. Our officer and the County Department of Health are working on this issue. Any suspicious activity of animal behavior can be reported to the ACO at (267) 317-1380

Renovation Work

Congratulations to Archbishop Wood football in their win at the Class 5A State Championship football game.  Way to go!

YORK ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT – 06/20/16

On July 5th PENNDOT is scheduled to close the section of Bristol Rd between York Rd. and Old York Rd. This closure will allow construction crews to begin reconstructing the western side of the intersection of York Rd and Bristol Rd. This section of Bristol Rd. will be closed for several months. Please plan your travel routes accordingly.

YORK ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT – 04/29/16

On May 4th construction crews will take southbound traffic and put them into the current northbound lanes from Ivyland Rd. to Meyer Way (Warwick Twp.). This will be a long term traffic pattern with a single lane each way and a center turning lane along the length of the work zone. Read more
