The meeting of the Comprehensive Plan Sub Committee that was scheduled for Thursday, October 26, 2017 has been rescheduled to Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Township Building, 401 Gibson Ave, Warminster, PA 18974.
Warminster Township Parks & Recreation Department held their annual Touch A Truck program at Warminster Community Park on Saturday, October 28th. The highlight of the program was the unveiling of the Public Works Departments “Paint The Plow Contest”. Warminster area schools were invited to participate and entries for the theme “School Pride” were received from the students of William Tennent High School, Archbishop Wood High School, Log College Middle School, Klinger Middle School and Nativity Of Our Lord.
VFW Post 6493 (www.vfw6493.org) has a Senior Dance and Dinner for those 50 and over every Friday. The dance is from 8PM to 11PM at 645 Louis Drive, Warminster, PA 18974 with dinner beginning at 6:30 PM. Tickets can be purchased at the door for both the dance and dinner. Warminster Township – High School Football game and Homecoming events will cause increased vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the area of William Tennant High School on Friday, October 27, 2017.
Beginning approximately 6:00 PM on Friday, the 27th, we anticipate a ramping up of traffic and pedestrian activity in the area of Centennial Road at the intersections of Street Road and County Line Road. There will be a regional rivalry football game between Archbishop Wood High School and LaSalle High School that is to begin at 7:00 PM at William Tennant High School Stadium located at 333 Centennial Road.

Daytime and Nighttime Lane Restrictions Scheduled for Resurfacing Operations in Bucks County
King of Prussia, PA – Daytime and nighttime lane restrictions with flagging are scheduled on three state highways as part of an improvement project to repair and resurface 12 miles of state highway in Bucks County, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
