On May 13, 2016 the Warminster Township Police Department served an early morning search warrant at a home located in the 300 block of Lemon Street in Warminster Township in connection with a drug trafficking investigation. Acting on tips and followup investigation by the Warminster Police Detectives, information was gathered that indicated that residents of that home were distributing heroin. As a result, the Warminster Police seized numerous bags of heroin, packaging materials, cutting agents and other drug related paraphernalia.
The Warminster Police charged residents TIFFANY IRENE BANKS (24yoa) and MARK ANTHONY VANDENBERG II (26 yoa) with Delivery of Heroin, Conspiracy to Deliver Heroin and Criminal Use of Communication Facilities (Felonies). BANKS and VANDENBERG were arraigned by MDJ Seaman and were committed to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000.00 bail. The homeowner JUNE ELIZABETH SZWEDA (50 yrs) and her daughter BRITTANY ALICIA BANKS (26 yoa) were charged with for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be filed. No definite court dates have been set.
