Warminster Township Parks and Recreation (“Township”) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the purchase, installation, and maintenance of trees and associated planting within a one-acre meadow area of Kemper Park, located on Sinkler Road at the corner of Valley Road, Warminster Township, Pennsylvania.
