Bucks County’s Open Fire Burn Ban is set to expire today (12/10/24).

For Warminster Township – Open Burning, Bon Fires, and Recreational Fires are NOT allowed anytime by Ordinance. Portable Outdoor Fireplaces are allowed by Ordinance. Because the terminology can be confusing, see our flyer that shows what is allowed and not allowed. Keep in mind, the goal of the ordinance is Safety To Our Community First and to reduce uncontrolled fires, secondary fires caused from radiant heat, burn injuries, and excessive and unfiltered smoke.
