On December 20, 2016, Detectives with the Warminster Township Police Department arrested LISA ANN LEHMANN-WATERS (47) of Dahlia Road Warminster. Lehmann-Waters, a home health care giver for the elderly, was arrested after an investigation in which she was found to have used a client’s credit card without authorization and over billed for services. Lehmann-Waters was employed to provide care for the 78 year old victim between March 2015 and April 2016 during which time she made 62 unauthorized withdraws from the victim’s ATM account and over billed for her services for a total of $56,058.43.
Lehmann-Waters was charged with Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property, Unlawful Use of Computer, Access Device Fraud, ID Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices, all felonies. Lehmann-Waters was arraigned by MDJ Seaman of Jamison and was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $30,000.00 bail. A court date has not been set.
