Comcast offering use of power strips to Bucks and Montgomery County areas hardest hit by outages

With power outages affecting residents across Montgomery County, Comast is offering the use of power strips at their payment centers so residents can recharge cellphones, laptops and other devices. The list below includes where this service is available:

• NORRISTOWN: 1000 Sandy Hill Road (Hours: Mon – Fri 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.;

Red Cross Shelter Open

A regional OVERNIGHT Red Cross Shelter has been opened. This is also comfort station shelter.

Comfort station means, warm and dry and has electric to charge batteries, cell phones etc. and an overnight location.
